VOTE ON MY NEXT CAKE!

Hey followers, I need your help! I have had many suggestions for my next cake adventure, but I can't decide! Please vote for your favorite....

1. Red velvet
2. Carrot
3. Coconut
4. Lowfat Blueberry Coffeecake
5. Caramelized Apple Upsidedown Cake
6. Chocolate Raspberry
7. Strawberry Cheesecake
8. Hummingbird Cake (pecan, banana, pineapple w/ cream cheese frosting)

    They all look SO good. How do I decide? I'm going to go for Red Velvet, because I've never made one before but I love the taste!

    Coconut definitely! Those Easter cupcukes were the best! Although I would like to taste chocolate raspberry :)

    Hey, I thought I voted. I think these red velvet and coconut fans have hacked onto your blog and have cancelled the 17 votes that were there for HUMMINGBIRD cake. Pecans, bananas, pineapple and cream cheese frosting. Nothing could be wrong about this cake. No red food coloring, and didn't you just make the coconut cupcakes? MATT, you have already tasted them!!!! =] I can see that I'm not in the winner's circle here, but what will it take for you to consider making HUMMINGBIRD cake after this contest? I may have to go to drastic measures....

    I think you should do Red Velvet..lots of different recipes for this and not all good so it would be great if you found the right recipe!! I found a really great lowfat Blueberry coffee cake u should try!!!Elizabeth loved it!!

    email me the recipes and I will try them. All the red velvet's I have looked at are basically the same, cocoa, buttermilk, red food coloring. Bobby Flay's is the one I was thinking of making! Thanks for the comment!
